In the Kitchen

The husband hunts (lots do that here in Texas), so I decided to try my hand at a totally wild game meatloaf.  So, after much sweat in the kitchen, out came my masterpiece:  a whopping 2-1/2 lb venison/wild pork meatloaf made with my own home grown tomato relish!  Although it made enough for 10, the 2 of us enjoyed it and will continue to enjoy it for days... and days... and days....  you get the picture.  :-)

Now, if I could only get the husband and his hunter friend  to package it in SMALLER trays, I might just possibly be able to make that meatloaf for 4 or 5 instead of 10.  ;-)


By the way, it was extra yummy!
